The headline release was ABC XLerate, our new lifecycle CRM built directly into Glofox. XLerate helps follow up with leads, celebrate member milestones, remind staff of member birthdays, and more—automatically.
These automations, among the others performed by Glofox, were triggered 23 million times in 2025.
Even a conservative estimate of one minute saved per automation adds up to 383,000 hours, or about 2,000 weeks of time, given back to fitness teams across the world.
Many of these automations generate Tasks inside Glofox, giving staff a clear, efficient way to manage their work. In 2025, teams completed more than one million tasks, covering everything from follow up calls to personal touches during key moments of the member journey.
Additional highlights from the year:
- 33% of all email campaigns now use Custom Audiences, reaching the right members at the right moment.
- The Glofox Pro App saw a 17% increase in users thanks to major upgrades.
- A redesigned search flow in member apps (searching by city, not only by location name) drove a 45% increase in new sign-ups and logins via Glofox powered member apps
Top new capabilities manage your business
Pro App Improvements

Your staff companion app got a major boost, giving teams the information they need on the floor without heading back to a desk.
We added new abilities to:
- Edit appointments
- Group email class and appointment participants (also added to the dashboard)
- Send 1:1 emails to leads and members* (also added to the dashboard)
- View a record of each member’s activity
- Adjust pricing and discounts when performing a mobile checkout
- Schedule cancellations and record cancellation reasons*

Upgrade or Downgrade Memberships

You can now upgrade or downgrade a member’s plan without cancelling and re-enrolling. This keeps reporting clean and reduces friction for staff.
Mid-month upgrades can be automatically prorated, helping you capture added revenue with less manual work.

All reports across ABC Glofox now feature:

Tags help your team understand members at a glance, from preferences and injuries to experience level, and more. You’ll see Tags on booking lists and member profiles and can also use them to create Custom Audiences for targeted email campaigns.
Improved Trainerize Integration

Our updated integration with ABC Trainerize to help studios and gyms that offer personal training deliver a seamless, hybrid coaching experience.
Sell a membership in Glofox and Trainerize handles the rest, from syncing members and appointments to delivering coaching programs, habits, and meal plans automatically.
Task Outcomes

After completing a task, staff are now prompted update a lead or member’s status, log an interaction, or schedule a follow-up, keeping records accurate and work moving.

ABC XLerate

One of our most significant focuses in 2025 was strengthening our commitment to transforming ABC Glofox from a member management platform into a full lifecycle CRM.
ABC XLerate, an evolution of our previous Amplify product, delivers on that vision. XLerate offers deeper workflow customization, supports instant lead response triggers, and introduces several new automated workflows, including:

- Member Cancelled
Apple Pay and Google Pay

A new generation of clients prefers to leave their cards at home, and support for Apple Pay and Google Pay lets you offer the premium, familiar checkout experience they expect. It also reduces abandoned sign ups and shortens the time to payment.
Even better, Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions use the same rates as standard cards at no extra cost to you.
Zapier Integration

Our new Zapier integration connects Glofox to more than 6,000 external products.
You can:
- Create leads in Glofox from tools like Facebook Lead Ads or HubSpot and trigger automated nurture sequences
- Trigger actions in other systems, such as building a Trello card, updating a Google Sheet, or adding contacts to Mailchimp, whenever a new lead is created in Glofox.
