You set the policies once, then Glofox enforces them. Members can request a freeze from the app within your rules, staff can apply pauses or cancellations from the dashboard, and reactivation dates are tracked automatically. No more sticky notes or forgotten holds.
What happens when a payment fails?
Glofox retries the charge on a schedule you control and triggers a payment link by email or SMS so the member can settle up in a tap. If the failure was an NSF event, the fee is applied automatically. Your team sees overdue accounts on one screen instead of digging through invoices.
