1. Interactive Spot Booking
Booking a class is only the first step. Making sure a member ends up working out where they feel comfortable and the most motivated matters, and now, they can choose it themselves.
With Interactive Spot Booking, members see the actual studio layout and pick their bike, reformer, or seat directly on the map when they book. No more guessing or arriving early to claim a favorite spot.

Staying on top of a growing task list shouldn’t mean losing track of what matters most. This quarter, we’ve made two updates to the Tasks page that help your team move faster and follow through on every action.

- Book a class or appointment directly from the Task Outcomes pop-up the moment a task is complete, no more navigating away or losing the follow-up.

3. Member Self-Pause
Not every member who wants to step away wants to cancel. Now, they don’t have to choose between the two.
Members can pause their own membership directly from the app or web portal, no staff involvement required, giving them the flexibility to take a break on their own terms.

We’ve rebuilt how trainers set and manage their schedules in ABC Glofox from the ground up. Instead of forcing every schedule change through a rigid, one size fits all calendar, trainers now have a dedicated way to build their availability exactly as their week actually works.
Recurring hours and one-off changes now live in the same place, so a trainer can set their standard weekly schedule once, then block out a single day or add an extra session without overwriting anything or relying on a dummy booking to hold the spot. It’s a fundamentally new way for trainers to own their calendar, and for studios to trust that what’s on the schedule is what’s really happening.
