Two Ways to Use Payment Links
Automated Payment Recovery Workflow
Using the new Failed Subscription Payment workflow, Payment Links can be automatically generated as soon as a subscription payment fails. Once triggered, a secure payment link is sent to the member via email or SMS, giving them an immediate and convenient way to settle their balance.
Messages are delivered only during appropriate local hours to ensure considerate communication. In app notifications can also prompt members to check their messages for payment details.
This automated workflow creates a fully hands off recovery process that helps studios collect overdue revenue quickly, without any staff intervention or manual follow up.
Manual Payment Links for One-Off Follow Ups
For individual cases, staff can now manually generate a secure payment link directly from a member’s profile. Each link is unique to a specific overdue invoice and can be shared through any channel, including email, SMS, or external platforms like WhatsApp or Instagram.
Manual Payment Links are ideal when a member is already in contact and wants to resolve an outstanding balance quickly. Staff can send a link in seconds, allowing the member to complete payment on their own device without taking payment live over the phone or in person.
