ABC Glofox October 2026 Product Updates

The October Glofox updates save your team time and keep members coming back. Staff can edit tasks right from a customer profile, set exact due times, and open any member’s profile in one click, even at another location. Automated workflows nudge members before their credits run out and reach out to anyone who hasn’t visited in a while. Roaming members can now book courses and buy store items at any non-home location, and new lead statuses help your team follow up with every prospect. See everything that’s new:

Manage Your Business

Edit Tasks on Profiles: Keep follow-ups moving without breaking your flow. Staff can now edit any task right from the customer profile, so there’s no stopping to hunt for it on the Tasks page. Available on Boost and Elite.

Set Task Due Time: Studios and gyms can now set an exact due time on any task, so time-sensitive follow-ups happen when they matter most. Staff can see and sort by that time in the Tasks list and on the customer profile. Available on Boost and Elite plans.

Transfer Paused Members from Another Location: Multi-location gym and studio operators can now move paused members to another location without ending their pause or changing their billing date. Pause state, remaining duration, and billing carry over with the member.

Deep Links to Member Profiles: Spend less time searching and more time with your members. Staff can open any member’s profile from an external tool in one click, even when that member is at another location.

AI Agents: New Knowledge Experience: Manage your AI Agent’s knowledge with confidence that its answers are accurate and current. A redesigned knowledge view, content history, and recurring website updates keep everything organized, and locked edits stay exactly as you wrote them.

Pro App: Notes: Member context matters most when it’s captured in the moment and can be accessed just as quickly. Staff can now add, edit, and review notes right in the Pro App, so updates are recorded wherever the conversation happens and the details stay within reach on the floor.

Credits Left Workflow: Keep members booking without a gap. Studios and gyms can automatically nudge members to buy again before their credits run out, using a preset sequence that is fully editable from day one. Available with the XLerate add-on and on the Elite plan.

Days Since Last Visit Workflow: Keep at-risk members coming back before they fully drift away. Gyms and studios can automatically reach out based on how long it’s been since each member’s last visit, re-engaging them in a timely manner. Available with the XLerate add-on and on the Elite plan.

Push Notification Campaigns: Reach members with the same campaign workflow you already use. Push notifications now work like email, with Audiences targeting, scheduling, and merge tags.

Sub-Day Triggers for the Trial & Member Workflows: Follow up with trials while their interest is high, and reach new members at the moment that matters. Trial and member workflow steps can now send right away or after a delay of minutes or hours, matching the timing options in your Leads workflows. Available with the XLerate add-on and on the Elite plan.

Delete Workflow Subflows: Keep your automation data clean, so your studio or gym only has the messages it actually uses. Operators can now delete outdated, duplicate, or test subflows, not just disable them, so the list stays accurate and fewer wrong messages go out. Available with the XLerate add-on or on the Elite plan.

Custom Lead Sources and Lead Campaigns: See which of your marketing channels is actually bringing in members. Studios and gyms can now add their own lead sources and campaigns, then see conversion by channel in the Lead conversion report. Available on Boost and Elite plans.

New Lead Statuses: Fewer missed follow-ups start with clearer visibility into every lead. Three new lead statuses, Warm, Not answered, and Not interested, show exactly where each lead stands and sharpen targeting in filters and Audiences. Available on Boost and Elite plans.

Your Reformer Integration: Turn quiet early-morning, midday, and late-evening hours into new revenue or open a instructorless studio. Members book and begin on-demand Reformer sessions from the Glofox app, and operators choose how to sell access as a premium upgrade, add-on, drop-in, or bundle. Requires connected reformers from Your Reformer.

AI Agents: Pre-Chat Forms: Know who’s reaching out before the conversation starts. Pre-chat forms capture each visitor’s name, email, or phone number, so every chat can turn into a lead you can follow up on.

Roaming Charges: Multi-location studio and gym operators can capture revenue from roaming members wherever those members train. Roaming members can now book courses and buy store items at any non-home location, charged to the card on file at home and paid to the location they attend.

Blik Recurring Payments (Poland): Studios and gyms in Poland can now collect recurring membership payments with BLIK, one of the country’s most widely used payment methods. Members get a familiar way to renew, and recurring revenue keeps flowing without asking members to switch to a card.
