Fees are applied after a configurable review window, giving your team time to make exceptions when needed. This removes the need for manual tracking or awkward conversations at the front desk, while ensuring policies are enforced consistently.

2. Payment Links

Recover failed payments faster with less effort.
Chasing overdue payments can slow down your team and delay access for members. Payment Links solve this by giving members a fast, secure way to settle outstanding balances.
When a payment fails, a link can now be automatically sent via email or SMS, allowing members to pay instantly using card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Staff can also generate links manually and share them through any channel.
This means faster revenue recovery, fewer manual follow-ups, and a better experience for members getting back into your studio or gym.
3. Complete Tasks on Profiles

Keep your team focused by bringing task management right onto member and lead profiles.
Instead of switching between screens, staff can now create and complete tasks directly within a customer’s profile. Everything stays in context, making it easier to manage follow-ups and ongoing interactions.
Once a task is completed, the next step is immediate, log an interaction, update the member’s status, or create a follow-up task without breaking your workflow. It is a more streamlined way to stay organized and responsive throughout the day.
4. Pro App Updates: More Power on the Floor

Make it easier for staff to support members in the moment.
In Q1 we introduced key enhancements to the Pro App, giving teams greater visibility and control while working on the floor:
- Transaction Visibility: View full payment history directly in the app to answer questions in real time
- Tags: Access important member context, like injuries or notes, during classes or sessions
- Schedule Cancellations: Manage future cancellations and capture reasons directly from the Pro App
These improvements help reduce back-and-forth, speed up service, and ensure your team has the information they need, exactly when they need it.
5. Lead Conversion Report Updates

Get a sharper view of what’s driving your growth.
Understanding how leads convert is key to optimizing your marketing and sales efforts. The updated Lead Conversion Report gives you more control and visibility than ever before.
You can now filter data using tags, lead source, entry point, and registration status across both journey and performance views. A new registration performance table shows exactly where leads are signing up and how well those channels convert.
