Task Page Filters: Quickly find and focus on the work that matters most. Filter large task lists by staff member, customer status, tag, or task type to cut through task overload and improve day-to-day execution across your team.
Engage Your Members
Pro App: Two-Way SMS Conversations: Stay connected on the go with real-time, two-way SMS directly from the Pro App. Teams can respond instantly from anywhere while keeping all conversations centralized in Glofox for better visibility and handoffs.
Note 1: By default, users with a Trainer role do not have access to Two-Way SMS, contact us if you wish to enable for all users. Note 2: Messages sent from conversations count against your monthly SMS limit.
Grow Your Revenue
Scheduled Revenue Report Updates: Get clearer visibility into future and expected revenue. Extend reporting windows up to one year, drill into row-level data behind projections, and rely on improved accuracy across discounts, memberships, and pauses.
