Try not to fall into the trap of price and aesthetics, focus on goals and the community aspect.
3. Make Things Personal
Show interest in your client’s fitness journey. We’re not talking about being nosy, but simply conveying your undying passion for CrossFit, fitness and of course, your clients. Start as you mean to go on and show exactly how much drive your CrossFit community shares.
Spend time with each new client whether it be 10 minutes or 30 minutes, depending on the size of your CrossFit gym. Tell the client what to expect over the coming weeks and ensure they have realistic expectations in terms of their fitness goals.
