We have made a number of additions and improvements to the Glofox platform over the past weeks. This month we launched our brand new SMS Messaging feature, providing you with more ways to stay in touch with your community. We also made some great enhancements to the Glofox Pro app, providing with the metrics you need to know while on the go!
Glofox SMS Messaging
We’re very excited to launch the Glofox SMS Messaging feature. With a 98% open rate, SMS messages are a convenient and impactful way to capture your member’s attention. They also help you manage your appointments and bookings, expand your marketing efforts, and enhance your customer’s experience.
Use SMS to send one-to-one messages to individual members, reminding them of an up-coming check-in or to congratulate them on reaching a milestone.
You can also use Glofox filters to segment your members and send SMS to specific target groups, for example, members whose membership is due to expire in the next 3 days.
We’ve added some exciting new features to our staff app, Glofox Pro. Now you can see high-level metrics related to your studio performance and track client activities in real-time. We’ve also highlighted six useful features of the Pro app that you may not be aware of.
New Feature: Mobile Reports
Mobile Reports give you live data on revenue so that you can make better decisions faster right from your phone. Glofox Pro provides you with an overview of your revenue on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You can easily see whether revenue is trending up or down and how it compares to the previous month.
New Feature: Client Metrics
Client Metrics gives you actionable insights on your clients and highlights all new and expiring members, trials, and first bookings over a seven-day period. This feature ensures that you and your staff can identify members to reach out to and can engage with them at the right time.
