Easily Configure Your Waiver for Multiple Signatures
Ensure the most important sections of your studio’s waiver are seen and agreed to. With Glofox e-agreements you can add multiple signature spaces in your document to be signed, meaning you can be sure that members are fully aware of the terms and conditions outlined.
Complete Visibility Over Outstanding Documents
Quickly and easily see who has outstanding documentation to be signed with a convenient “Unsigned” icon displayed next to their name on the access log and booking list. Simply follow up with these members when they’re at your studio or send a digital version directly to their phone via email where they can sign on their own device.
Quickly and Easily Resolve Disputes Over T&C’s
Put an end to disputes with members over agreed terms and conditions such as your studio’s cancellation or pause policies. Using the Glofox Pro Staff app you can now quickly and easily capture signatures or request signature by email, and automatically send a copy to your member to be used for future reference.

You can now quickly identify members who are in arrears and take action to retrieve the money owed. This brand new report makes it easier for you to identify members who owe you money, along with the balance owed, enabling you to focus your efforts on clients who owe you the largest fees.
