This update will transform the way you manage your members from day to day. We understand that you’re busy and that you don’t carry a laptop with you every minute of the day. That said, you won’t go more than an arm’s length from your smart phone! The answer is simple, we pull all the information that you need on your members, into the app.You can search for a member and view their individual profile, directly from the App. From here, you can view and edit member details.

Keeping your classes full and your courses sold out is your utmost priority and now, you can do just that. Your app ensures you can view the status of your class or course without the need to hop onto your computer, so no matter where you are, you can take care of your business. You can easily view the following at a glance:
- Class/course size
- Number of booked members
- Remaining availability
- Waiting list availability
You can view the full booking list with each member’s name and profile picture. From here you can even check in the member in or cancel their booking in a single tap. If you require more details on a particular member, simply click through to their individual member profile.
3. Manage Appointments
You can manage your appointment schedule anytime, anywhere! You can even view and edit appointment times, book members in and cancel appointment bookings on the spot.

Canceling a class or appointment on behalf of a member is just as simple.
