End-User Account Deletion Procedure

To uphold our commitment to user privacy and data security, we have established a clear procedure for account deletion requests. If you are an end-user and wish to delete your account and associated personal data, please follow these steps:

In-App Account Deletion

  • Open the Member app.
  • Navigate to Your profile.
  • Tap the Edit icon located in the top right corner.
  • Scroll down to find the “Delete account” option.
  • Confirm your choice by tapping “Delete my account.”
  • Your account deletion request will then be automatically sent to your gym/studio’s Admin team for processing.

Web-Based Account Deletion

  • If you no longer have access to the app or are unable to use it, please visit https://support.glofox.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to submit your request.
  • In the form, provide the email address registered with your gym/studio, and under Subject, type “Account deletion request.”
  • In the Description, please include additional details such as the name of your gym/studio, whether you wish to delete your account and associated data, any active or future subscription details, and any active membership details.
  • If applicable, provide the names of any child accounts you wish to be deleted under “Clients/Leads Names Affected.”
  • Your account deletion request will be redirected to your gym/studio’s Admin team for processing.


Important Note Regarding Subscriptions: Please be aware that if you have an active or future subscription with the studio/gym, it must be canceled prior to account deletion. Include details of any such subscriptions in your deletion request, whether submitted through the form or via email. This will enable the Admin team to assist you efficiently and ensure all your concerns are addressed promptly.

The deletion of your account will also include the removal of all associated personal data, in compliance with our data retention policies and applicable laws. If certain data needs to be retained for legal reasons, such as security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance, we will inform you accordingly.
