ABC Glofox August Product Updates

August brought the heat in the Northern Hemisphere (sorry, Australia) and a fresh set of ABC Glofox improvements to match. Check out the highlights:

Sales & Engagement Tools

Tags: You can now create and apply tags to members or leads based on any attribute you define. Tags make it easy to track important information like skill level, injuries, VIP customers, GLP-1 use, and more. In the coming weeks we’ll be adding the ability to build custom audiences based on tags, so stay tuned!

New Audiences Filter – Membership Plan: Custom audiences can now be created based on membership plan, enabling you to send new types of personalized messages. Consider creating new audiences for VIP/premium member communication, upsell campaigns, and plan-specific updates.

Reporting & Analytics

Report Upgrades – Failed Payments, Late Cancellations, and Strikes: As part of our ongoing reporting upgrades, we’ve updated these 3 reports with an easier-to-read format, faster loading speeds, and customizable tables.

Operator Experience

Improved Integration with Trainerize: Our new Glofox x Trainerize integration is out of beta, giving studios that offer personal training everything you need to deliver a seamless, hybrid coaching experience. Sell a membership in Glofox, and Trainerize handles the rest, from syncing members and appointments to delivering programs automatically.

Member Activity in the Pro App: You can now view member activity in the Glofox Pro app, giving on-floor and mobile first employees the power to personalize conversations, offer relevant recommendations, and elevate member experience. Open any member profile and tap the new activity tab to see a timeline of visits, bookings and attendance.  

Edit Appointments: We’ve made it possible for staff to edit appointments directly from the calendar on the Glofox Dashboard without needing to delete and recreate them. Simply select an appointment and tap the new edit button to change the date, time, and/or assigned trainer.
