Payments
Apple and Google Pay: Clients can now purchase memberships using Apple Pay or Google Pay directly in Glofox powered member apps which use Stripe for payments, delivering a frictionless checkout experience that drives higher conversions. No extra setup or additional fees required, though standard Stripe card processing fees still apply. Apple and Google Pay are available to most Glofox + Stripe customers, except those in Canada, those using GoCardless, and those using Stripe Direct Debit in New Zealand. Support for these customers is coming soon.
BLIK: Members in Poland can now pay in the Glofox app using BLIK, the nation’s top digital payment method. Boost conversions, speed up payments, and increase member satisfaction with a localized, seamless checkout experience. Contact your CSM if you would like BLIK enabled for your business.
NICE Payments: ABC Glofox now integrates NICE Payments, the leading South Korean payment processor, enabling fitness businesses to offer seamless, compliant local transactions with at a lower cost with higher success rates.
Integrations
Zapier Integration (Beta): Automatically create leads in ABC Glofox from external sources (e.g. Facebook Lead Ads or Hubspot) and begin nurturing them, or trigger actions in external tools (e.g. Google Sheets or Mailchimp) when a lead is set up in Glofox. Available to those on the Elite plan.
Sales & Engagement Tools
Fine-tune the ABC XLerate Leads Workflow: Gain precise control over your lead nurture strategy by adjusting triggers in the Leads workflow down to the minute, ensuring each follow-up happens at exactly the right time.
Operator Experience
Upgrade or Downgrade Memberships: Change a client’s membership without needing to cancel and re-enroll them to save staff time, increase reporting accuracy, and automatically capture prorated upgrade revenue.
Direct SMS Replies in Conversations: Respond to messages directly in context to keep conversations moving smoothly. Encourage using Glofox for all communication to ensure every interaction is tracked, handoffs are seamless, and member data stays secure.
Send emails to individual clients from the Pro App: Email members directly from their profiles in the Pro App to save staff time and ensure communications stay in Glofox.
Pro App roaming restrictions: Dashboard roaming restrictions now extend to the Pro App, creating a consistent experience between the desk and the gym floor while ensuring member data is protected.
