March brought a new set of updates to help your team stay organized and create more personal, informed member interactions.

Manage Your Business

Create and Complete Tasks from Profiles: Keep work moving without jumping between screens. Staff can now create and complete tasks directly within a member’s profile, making it easier to follow up, log interactions, and stay organized without navigating to the Tasks tab.

Engage Your Members

View Tags in the Pro App: On-floor staff can now see member tags on profiles as well as booking lists in the Glofox Pro App, helping them create more personalized conversations and experiences for every member.

2-Way SMS Conversations for Australia: Studios and gyms in Australia can now fully utilize the Conversations Tab, making it easier to engage with members over SMS in a single workflow.

Grow Your Revenue

Joining Fee Discounts: Create fixed or percentage discounts that apply only to joining fees, so you can run targeted offers without affecting your regular pricing.

Store CTA After a Member Books: After someone books their first class in your Glofox app, you can now provide a button to purchase required equipment in your Glofox store. Contact our team to enable.

Members Report Attrition %: The Net Member Movement tab now displays Attrition % for the selected period, making it easy to track member loss relative to your total member base.

Sales Report Improvements:  The Breakdown tab has been replaced with new Revenue Sources and Revenue Channels tabs, giving you clearer insight into where revenue is generated and how it is processed. Within the Revenue Channels tab, you can also view net sales broken down by lead source, entry point, or registration point.

Class Performance Report Improvements: Download full class-level data to help quickly identify trends, compare classes, and make more informed scheduling and capacity decisions.
