September swept in a new season and some fresh Glofox upgrades. Here’s what just landed to lift your fitness business higher:

Sales & Engagement Tools

Instant Workflow Triggers: Add new steps, such as messages or task reminders, to the ABC XLerate’s “Leads” workflow that are triggered instantly, helping you stay top-of-mind and shrink response times when engaging with newly registered leads. Existing workflow steps are unaffected.

New Audiences Filter – Tags: Use ABC Glofox’s new Tags feature to build hyper-personalized audiences based on any custom attribute you define. Segment based on skill level or goal, send exclusive messages to your most valuable advocates, engage your morning crew, and then some.

Upgraded Audiences Filter – Memberships -> Plans: Build custom audiences not only around fixed-term or month-to-month memberships, but also around credit packs and credit pack status.

New Audiences Filter – Plan Start & End Dates: Create custom audiences based on when a member or client’s plan started or ended. Unlock new types of email campaigns like seasonal kickoffs, targeted win-backs, rate-protection window notices, and beyond.

Operator Experience

Email Class Registrants from the Pro App: Help staff save time and send email updates to class registrants on-the-go. Keep emails in-app and out of personal inboxes. Ensure every touchpoint is logged, handoffs are seamless, and member information is safeguarded.

Hide Trainer Last Names: You can now choose to display abbreviated names instead of each trainer’s full name to members, e.g. Steph C. instead of Steph Campbell.

Reporting & Analytics

Report Upgrades – Active Credit Packs Report: We’ve completed the final stage of our reporting upgrades with enhancements to the Active Credit Packs Report. The report now features a cleaner, more intuitive layout, faster load times, and customizable tables for a more flexible reporting experience. With this update, all 22 ABC Glofox reports have been fully upgraded to the new, improved format.
