Engage Your Members
Keep members motivated and coming back with effortless booking and meaningful, personal touchpoints.
New XLerate Workflow – Total Visits Milestones: Keep members engaged and coming back by celebrating every milestone. Set the milestones that matter most to your business, from their 5th to 500th session, and pair them with automated, personalized messages as well as staff reminders to celebrate in person with a small reward or shoutout.
View Tags on Booking Lists: Give instructors a clearer view of every class, so they can create more personal connections and smoother experiences for every member. Tags from each member’s profile, like injuries, goals, or preferences, now appear directly in booking lists on the Glofox dashboard.
Filter Appointment Types in the Member App: Help members find personal training sessions faster, reducing search time and drop-offs. In Glofox Member Apps, appointments can now be filtered by type or name, making it easier to discover and book personal training sessions or other offerings.
Note: The new filters will appear gradually as apps are updated

Offer Free Classes: Attract new faces and welcome members back with free classes that remove the barriers to entry. With the new Free Class toggle, you can easily offer $0 community or trial sessions, without manual adjustments or overrides, to fill spots, generate leads, and grow engagement.
